You Deserve Support Every Step of the Way

Experiencing sexual assault can be overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate the aftermath alone. Our advocacy services are here to provide compassionate support, connection to resources, and help rebuilding a sense of safety and control.

Whether the assault happened recently or years ago, our trained advocate is available to walk alongside survivors, offering help that meets your unique needs and circumstances.

How We Help

Our adult client advocate offers confidential support that is survivor-centered and empowerment-based. We’re here to listen, validate your experience, and provide assistance through:

• Crisis support and safety planning

• Hospital accompaniment during medical exams

• Assistance navigating the legal system, including help with protective orders and law enforcement reporting

• Referrals to counseling and other supportive services

• Help accessing basic needs like food, hygiene items, and clothing

• Connections to emergency shelter, housing, and transportation

Advocates are also available to help you apply for Crime Victims’ Compensation, a program that may help cover costs related to the assault, such as medical bills, counseling, or lost wages.

There is no one “right” way to heal. We respect your choices and will never pressure you to take any particular action. Whether you want to explore your legal options, get help finding safe housing, or simply talk with someone who understands, we’re here to support you on your terms.
