Do you have a passion for advocacy and leadership? As a member of our Board of Directors, you’ll help shape the vision and direction of the Midland Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change for sexual assault, child abuse, and child sex trafficking survivors in our community.

We’re looking for dedicated individuals who believe in our mission and want to use their voices, skills, and connections to help move it forward. Whether your background is in business, education, healthcare, law, faith leadership, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector, we welcome a diversity of experience and thought.

Board Members Help By:

  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight

  • Raising awareness and advocating for survivors

  • Supporting fundraising efforts and donor engagement

  • Representing MRCCAC at community events and initiatives

  • Serving as ambassadors for our mission across West Texas

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong belief in MRCCAC’s mission and values

  • A commitment to attending board meetings and actively participating

  • A willingness to support fundraising and public awareness efforts

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work as part of a team
